1cauliflower grated
1 pieceginger grated
3-4green chillies
1 bowlknead flour
to tasteSalt
1/2 tbspred chilli
1/2 tbspdry mango powder
1/2 tbspgaram masala
as requiredDesi ghee

Add grated ginger chop chilli and all spices in cauliflower keep aside.

Roll a roti spread oil and add mixture again roll it and roast it from both sides with ghee,till paratha change to golden and crisp.

Ready to eat with chutney and pickle.
