Ingredients

  • 1 bowlcream
  • 250 gmspaneer
  • 1 packettomato puree
  • 2onions
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • pinchRed colour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspkasuri methi
  • 1/2 tbspred chilli
  • 1/2 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tbspgaram masla
  • 2bay leaves

Steps

half hr.
  1. 1

    First cut paneer in cubes and colour it red with food colour.heat oil add bay leaf onions saute now add tomato puree stir fry.

    Now add salt kasuri methi and all spices stir fry add 1 tbsp cream for good consistency of gravy.

    Now add paneer cubes mix well add cream and serve it hot with naan...
