Ingredients

  • 2 shotsBourbon Whiskey
  • 1fist full Praline pecans
  • 2large scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 cupHeavy Cream
  • 2 TbspBrown Sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Disolve 2 tbs brown sugar in 2 shots of bourbon

  2. 2

    In a blender zap 1 cup heavy cream til it gets thick but not whipped cream

  3. 3

    Add 2 large scoops of vanilla ice cream and blend

  4. 4

    Pour in a tall glass (about 3 /4 full) and slowly pour the bourbon sugar mix in the shake; top with whipped cream and crushed praline pecans.
