Place the black beans, half of the chopped vegetables (onion, bell pepper, garlic), and 2 cups water (about 475 ml) in a blender. Season with chicken bouillon, black pepper, and blend until smooth.

In a pot, sauté the remaining chopped vegetables in 1 teaspoon butter or margarine until golden. In a separate pot, boil the eggs in water for about 15 minutes.

Add the blended mixture to the pot, stir in 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, black pepper to taste, and add bell pepper if desired. Simmer for about 20 minutes, then add some of the cilantro at the end.
