First cut top of 1 " round for close the tomatoes. Scoop out pulp from tomatoes and keep aside

(do not throw this pulp it can use in puree for another dishes I use egg stand to keep fit to the tomatoes.)

Now make egg beat with fork by adding all ingredients. Now fill the scooped tomato with egg mixture by using spoon fill not up to the edge.all fill with egg and close with tomato lid by tooth pics.

Now keep on the egg stand and boil water in a pan and boil for 2-3 minute just to soft and take out carefully and use hot oil to just roast carefully or without oil put in microwave safe bowl for 2 minutes in microwave and serve this hot amazing stuff tomatoes with toast bread or any time serve enjoy this my new innovation
