Marinated the chicken with salt and pepper and keep it atleast 30 min.

Heat oil in a pan add onion and make beresta.

Then heat oil and ghee in a another pan add marinated chicken and fry it.

Then add remaining ghee and add bay leaves and some spices and ginger garlic paste and saute then add salt and red chilli powder and coriander powder and mixed it.

Add yogurt and saute then add sugar and cashew nuts paste and mixed.

Now add Keora water and fried chicken and beresta and mixed.

Cover and cook atleast 20-25 min and then add fresh cream and mixed.

Garnishing with some almonds and fresh cream and serve hot with pulav, fried rice etc.
