  1. 8Chicken Drumsticks with skin
  2. 1 cupWater
  3. 1/2 cupBalsamic Vinegar
  4. 1/3 cupSoy sauce
  5. 2 1/2 tbs.Sugar
  6. 1 cloveGarlic
  7. 1small Chili Pepper, no seeds

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients in a saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer, about 20 mins. Remove any grease from the surface.

  2. 2

    Increase heat, turning the drumsticks frequently. Cook until liquid reduce to a sticky glaze.

  3. 3

    Remove the garlic clove and the chili. And serve...
