Ingredients

  • 100 gspinach
  • 2tomatoes
  • 2onions
  • Garlic
  • Caspicum - green,red, yellow
  • 2 tbsghee
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the veggies well with Water

  2. 2

    Dice and cut to desired sizes.

  3. 3

    Saute the onions and garlic in ghee.

  4. 4

    Add the capsicum and tomatoes and let them cook slightly.

  5. 5

    Add the spinach leaves and cook for 2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Season to preference and serve.

  7. 7

    Enjoy with the other mixes or eat as is.
