Wipe the bhindis properly with wet clothe

Cut of the tail and head of the Bhindi

Make a slit across the Bhindi in it's entire length and now keep these slit Bhindi aside.

Make masala for filling by adding coriander powder, haldi, dry mango powder, fennel seed powder, Garam masala powder, some roasted cumin powder,salt

Next fill Masala in Bhindis through the slit.

Heat oil in a pan and add hing to it. Then add cumin seeds. Once the cumin seeds starts cracking, gently put the bhindi in the pan. Cook bhindi in high flame 🔥 for about 5 minutes. Stirring continuously.

Reduce the flame 🔥 to low. Cover the pan and cook till bhindis get tender stirring occasionally.

Once bhindi become tender, bring the flame again in high and fry for another 2-3 minutes to give it a crunchyness.

Goes off the flame and your Masala bhindi is ready to serve. Enjoy it with parathas or chapatis 😊
