Ingredients

6 servings
  • 10eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 cupssmall curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cupbuttee, melted
  • 1 lbjack cheese, shredded
  • 1 (7 oz)can green chiles

Steps

    Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 3 quart glass casserole with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. 2

    In large bowl, combine eggs, flour, salt, cottage cheese, butter and jack cheese; blend well. Stir in chiles. Pour mixture into casserole. Bake 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
