Steps

Take a pan and heat oil in it.
Add mustard seeds to it.
Let it sputter for few seconds.
Then add cumin seeds to the oil.
Now add asafoetida. - 2
Add onion to it and saute it till it becomes golden brown in colour.
Add tomatoes to it.
Now add lasun chutney,turmeric, red chilli powder,cumin powder,coriander powder salt to it.
Sprinkle some water to it and saute it till oil separates from it.
And rawness of tomatoes goes out of it. - 3
Now add 1 glass of water to it.
Stir it well and boil it on medium flame.
As water starts boiling add sev to it and mix it well.
Keep on low flame for 1 minute and off the gas.
Garnish it with coriander.
Finally serve this mouthwatering sabji with phulka roti or Paratha.
