Sindhi Besan tikki Curry

Making besan tikki -- In a bowl add gram flour, salt,red chilli, hing, curd,cumin seeds,fresh coriander and oil mix well.add tbsp or as required water to make semi - stiff dough.take a small portion of the dough make it round to small ball and then press it in between your palm.

Make all tikkies in same way.

Now heat a cup of water and let it boil.when the water comes to a boil add all prepared tikkies and let them boil for 2 mins.take them out in a plate and keep aside.

For making gravy-- heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and let them crackle.add onion and saute till translucent,add turmeric powder, red chilli powder stir well.add tomatoes and salt saute and cook covered for a min until tomatoes gets soft. add coriander powder mix well.

Add prepared besan tikki es and cook for 2 mins.(add 2 tbsp of water while stirring in between).

Add as required water for gravy and stir well.cook for another few minutes until oil comes on surface.

Add garam masala and fresh chopped coriander mix well and switch off the flame.

Besan tikki curry is ready to serve,serve with roti,chapati.
