Dry roast dry chilli, cardamom and all seeds except Panchforon,Make powder. Fry onion golden brown in 1/2 tbsp oil and keep aside. Make paste with tomato. Add remaining oil to pan. Add Panchforon. Add garlic paste. Saute for 30 seconds. Add ginger, chilli paste. Saute for 1 minute. Add capsicum pieces. Saute for 1 minute. Add tomato onion paste.Add salt,red chilli powder, turneric powder.Cook for 3 minutes.

Add roasted and ground masala.cook for 1 minute. Add beaten curd. Add 1 cup of water. Cook in medium flame for 3 minutes. Add paneer pieces. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add coriander leaves. Mix. Ready to serve with roti or fried rice.
