Sieve your flour n set aside.

Line your cupcakes tray with cup cakes cases.

Pre heat your oven at 190 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, add margarine n sugar. Whisk together till pale.

Add eggs one at a time, add vanilla essence n continue whisking.

Add some little milk.

Fold in your flour gently. Add in your lemon juice n zest n fold together with the flour. Check on your consistency. If aint of dropping nature, add some milk.

Scoop your batter onto your cup cake tray. Fill up to 3/4 to give space for rising.

Bake at 190 degrees for 25-30 mins or until well baked.

Cool them once ready in the tray then transfer them to a rack.

Once cooled compmetely, prepare your frosting by whipping your cream well till it forms soft peak. Add the colour of your choice n mix well. Put the cream in your already assembled piping bag n frost/ice or decorage as u prefer. Chill them a little for the frosting to set then serve when ready. Enjoy.
