Boil meat with the ingredients above till tender and stock is left.

In another pan add oil n fry onions till golden add in sugar n stock n when boil occurs add in rice and salt, black pepper 1.5 tsp,n cook till tender n stock is finished. Put on dum for 15 mins.

In a pan take 2 tbsp oil n fry onions sliced one till golden. Add in boiled meat n fry with half tsp of black pepper n keep aside till roasted.

In another pan 1 tbsp oil, add sugar 2 tsp n fry the carrots first for 2 mins n then add in raisins too n fry for a min; keep aside.

Assembling: Put rice in platter, top with fried meat n onions mixture n finally topped with carrots n raisins n serve hot.
