Ingredients

20 balls
  • 21/2 cupflour
  • 2 teaspoonyeast
  • 1/2 teaspoonnutmeg
  • 1/4 cupgranulated sugar
  • 1 cupwarm water
  • 1pepper
  • Pinchsalt
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift flour into dry bowl, add yeast, nutmeg, sugar, salt and mix well

  2. 2

    Add warm water and mix until we combined

  3. 3

    Allow to rise for an hour

  4. 4

    Cut pepper into tiny pieces and add the batter

  5. 5

    Set oil on fire and fry
