Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cupsalmond flour (about 250 grams)
  • 3/4 cupsugar (about 150 grams)
  • 2egg whites

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together, shape the dough into cylinders, gently flatten them, and place them on a baking sheet.

  2. 2

    Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10-15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Remove from the oven, let cool, and dust with powdered sugar.
