Ingredients

  1. 2 cupschilled Yogurt
  2. 2 cupsFresh mangoes, chopped or mango pulp
  3. 1/2 tspCardamom Powder (Optional)
  4. 1/4 cupsugar/honey
  5. as neededIce Cubes (Optional)
  6. 1/4 cupMilk (or As required) to adjust the consistency

Steps

  1. 1

    In a blender, add all the above mentioned ingredients and blend until smooth.

    Check for sweetness. Add more sweetener, if required.

  3. 3

    If it is too thick, add few more tablespoons of milk and blend once again.

  4. 4

    Serve chilled in glass or refrigerate the mango lassi until ready to serve.
