Steps

Divide the cooked yuca pieces into parts—you can do this with a knife or with your hands—and remove the stringy core from the center.

Place enough oil or lard in a pan and heat it over high heat.

When the fat is very hot, add the yuca pieces to fry and let them brown well.
- 4
Serve and enjoy, fried yuca is very tasty.
