Boil water in a pot, add washed beans, after 10 mins of cooking, add rice, after 10 mins, wash well the perboiled rice and beans, take back to pot, add hot water as required, salt and cook on low heat until done. Serve warm and garnish with chitto, fried fish and simple green salad
