  • 500 grmaida
  • 2 tbspGhee
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspAjwain
  • 100 gMutter
  • 1 bowlAloo boiled
  • 1 tspSaunf
  • 1 tsp Dhaniya powder
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • 1Pyaz
  • 2 tspDry coconut
  • 1 tspAmchur powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 2 tspSalt to taste
  • 6-7raisins
  • 1 tspCashnuts

Steps

    Take pan add maida corn floor or suji saltghee mixit very well make daugh with water like parath keep aside cover with cottpn cloth nowin anthor pan put on the slow flame add oil add boiled mutter mash aloo choup pyaz stur it now add garam masala chat masala amchur saunf dhaniya powder salt fresh dhaniya and coconut cashnuts black peper powder mix them well from daugh make equal portion and makeballs and rolling out puei now add stuffing and again make balls flettern it nfry in oil and on

    Slow flame untill it becomes cryspy and brown transfer to plate serve with tomato sauce green chatny or khattimithi chatny
