Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsemolina/semovita
  2. 1/4 cupmelted butter
  3. 1/2 cupflour (i ve to use flour)
  4. 1 cupplain youghurt
  5. 1 cupmilk (liquid)
  6. Sugar to ur taste
  7. 1tspn b/powder
  8. 1/2 cupshredded coconut or coconut chips
  9. 2eggs
  10. 1 tbspnvanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large mixing bowl, combine together the sugar, egg,vanilla extract,milk and yogurt. Now add in the semolina and, baking powder. Finally stir in the melted butter,flavour and let the mixture sit briefly for 3mins

    Transfer the mixture in a baking pan and bake!
