  • 1medium pineapple
  • 12oranges
  • 4red apples
  • 3large cucumbers
  • Thumb size ginger
  • 1 cupsugar
  • Ice block as required
  • Cold water as required

    Wash cut and dice all fruits into chunks, blend until smooth, sift twice using a fine strainer, add sugar, ice blocks and serve chilled.
