    Sabse pahley singade ke aatey mey pottato,Hari mirch,thodi si haridhaniya, 1spoon barik kati hui jinjer namak swadanusar daal kar aatey ki Tarah tight saan le.

    Ek pan mey ek glass Pani daal kar garam honey dengey.

    Singhadey ka gunthey hue aatey ka patla- patla roll bana ley.

  4. 4

    Pani garam honey per ek jaali mey rifind oil laga kar roll ko bicha de dhakkan seeha de 10 minute ke liye paka le.

    Thanda honey per chotey-chotey tukdey kaat ley.

  6. 6

    Ek fripan mey thoda sa refined daale garam honey per barik kati Hari mirch jinjer daal kar chalae phir Katey hue pharey ko daal kar acchey se Fri kar ley.

  7. 7

    Ek plate mey dhokey ko nikaal le Hari dhaniya se garnish kar key swadist aur healthy dhokey ka maaja lijiye.
