  1. 500 gmbhindi
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. To tasteRed Chilli Powder
  4. To tastesalt
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric
  6. as neededCoriander leaves
  7. 1 tspdry mango powder
  8. 1 tspcumin
  9. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut bhindi in as desired shape,i have cut in circle shape

  2. 2

    Heat a wok add cumin and all spices

  3. 3

    Mix bhindi and stir it,cover it and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
