Simple bhindi fry

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgbhindi / ladyfingers
  2. 1large size sliced onion
  3. 7-8green chilli
  4. 1-2 tbsp oil
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    First wash the bhindi 3-4 times and cut it into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Now heat up a pan with oil add slit green chilli and Add sliced onion, fry till the colour becomes changed.

  3. 3

    After that add bhindi to it and turmeric powder and salt and mix it well, cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium to low flame.

  4. 4

    After 15 minutes open the lid and stir it nicely and turn off the flame. Our healthy bhindi is ready.
