4eggs
2 cupssugar
1 cupoil
2 tspvanilla essence
1 1/2 cupsflour
1/2 cupcocoa
300 mlhot water mixed with coffee
Pinchsalt
4 tspbaking powder

Steps

Beat eggs and sugar well

Add oil and vanilla essence and mix

Sift dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder), add to mixture and mix well

Lastly add coffee

Bake in a ring tin or 2 × 8 inch round baking tins on 180deg for 30 - 40 mins.
