Grease a microwave safe glass bowl with butter/ghee and keep aside.

In a mixing bowl, add the egg and egg white and beat well. To it add all the chopped ingredients and salt and mix well. Pour in the greased microwave bowl and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Serve immediately with any sauce. It taste better with green chilli sauce/ketchup.

You can add 2 or 3 whole eggs for a better taste and firm setting.

You can grate the potatoes. It will taste more better and will set well.

You can add chilli flakes and pepper powder to the egg mixture.

Those who can't consume more egg yolks can enjoy it this way.
