Ingredients

  1. 2chicken breasts (from 1 chicken)
  2. 2mild chili peppers
  3. 1heaping tablespoon coarse salt
  4. Cabbage for pickling
  5. Make lime chili salt for dipping

Steps

    Clean the chicken, then rinse with wine and soak in five-spice powder. Grind the coarse salt with 2 chili peppers and 1/2 teaspoon of MSG.

    Score the chicken diagonally to help the marinade penetrate. Use gloves to rub the mixture into the cuts.

    Preheat the oven and then grill the chicken.

    Once both sides are golden, remove the chicken.

    Make the dipping sauce by blending 3 lime leaves with 3 hot chili peppers, 1 tablespoon coarse salt, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1 tablespoon condensed milk into a mixture. Adjust the taste to resemble seafood dipping sauce.

    Thinly slice the cabbage, wash, and drain. Make a pickling sauce with lime, sugar, fish sauce, and pepper, then mix it with the cabbage.

    And there you have it, grilled chicken with salt and chili to enjoy with rice.
