Steps

Prepare buttermilk by adding 1 tablespoon of vinegar to 1/2 cup of milk and leave for five minutes

Sieve in the dry ingredients, flour,baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, salt, sugar and mix well

Add vanilla essence, red food colouring to buttermilk stir and add into the dry ingredients

Mix well and add vinegar

Bake for 20-30 at 350•C
