Cut Mango in small cubes.

Mix salt on the mango and rest it for half an hour.

Add mangoes and turmeric stir for 5 mins. Add sugar, Cardamom and tamarind pulp mix well,stir continuously for 20 mins in low flame. Add roasted dry masala and put the gas off.

For roasted dry masala: half teaspoon saunf, half teaspoon mustard seeds, half teaspoon cumin seeds. dry Roast all the ingredients in a pan after cooling down dry grind and make a powder.
