Ingredients

  • -------- dressing --------
  • 4 tablespoonsguava paste
  • 1-1/2 tablespoonred wine vinegar
  • pinchsalt
  • 1 cuppineapple juice
  • -------- salad --------
  • 1/2 headiceberg lettuce
  • 1large peach
  • 1 cupdiced pineapple
  • 1large tomato
  • 1medium apple i used granny smith apple
  • 2 tablespoonlemon juice
  • 2/3 cuproasted salted almonds
  • pinchsalt
  • 2large eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the pineapple juice to boil melt the guava paste in juice. stir and it will thicken. add salt and vinegar. let sit.

    Chop the lettuce

  3. 3

    Scramble the eggs and fry set aside

  4. 4

    Dice the tomato, peach, and apple. coat with lemon juice.

    Add salt and almonds. toss salad and add dressing.

  6. 6

    Serve I hope you enjoy!

Hey Keith are u finding u have to refollow ppl u have already followed I'm complaining about it to the cookpad and I've sent screen shots of the ppl including ur self .......is it just me r do u have this issue ??
