Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 2 packages(20 oz each) California Blend frozen vegetables(carrots, cauliflower, broccoli)
  2. 2 cupsshredded cheddar
  3. 1-1/2 cupsmayonnaise
  4. 1sweet onion chopped fine
  5. 1 sleeveRitz crackers crushed
  6. 1/4-1/2 cupmelted butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook vegetables according to package instructions, cool and drain.

  2. 2

    Place cooked vegetables in an un-greased 9"x13" pan.

  3. 3

    Mix mayonnaise, cheese and onions together and pour over vegetables.

  4. 4

    Top with crushed crackers and melted butter.

  5. 5

    Bake, uncovered for 35 minutes at 350F.
