1/3 cupmayonnaise
1large grated carrot
1/2 cupshredded mozzarella cheese 2% milkfat
1large vine ripened tomato

Steam the broccoli, and green bean. leave the green beans with a slight bite. grate the carrot. add all these to a bowl with salt, sugar, and mayonnaise.

Add cheese to salad and toss. serve on a dish let the individuals add Italian dressing if they like.

This is really good!! My husband doesn't like raw vegetables, so steaming them a bit first is perfect for us. I replaced the sugar and mayo with cheese and garlic dressing for a lower fat option. This is a go - to recipe for us! 🙂 Thanks!
