Cut apples to a size that will fit in the juicer chute. Add the mint to the juicer first, followed by the cranberries and apples.

Pour into a chilled glass, stir, and serve. If it is too tart, dilute with water or stir in honey. Tastes best iced or chilled. Can be refrigerated in a shaker cup or Mason jar for up to 12 hours. Shake. Well or use a handheld immersion blender before serving.

You can dilute this juice with water and/or sweeten it a bit more with honey. Overtime, as you grow to love the bittersweet flavour of the natural fruit, decrease the water and sweetener.
