Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2large cucumbers (or 1 large English cucumber)
  2. 1lime, zest and pith included (if lime is too strong, use 1/2 lime squeezed using a citrus squeezer)
  3. 1Granny Smith Apple
  4. 1/4 cpacked mint leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the cucumbers, lime, and apple to a size that will fit in the juicer chute. Add the mint to the juicer first, followed by the cucumbers, lime and apple.

  2. 2

    Pour into a chilled glass, stir and serve. Can be refrigerated in a shaker cup or Mason jar for up to 12 hours.

  3. 3

    Shake well or use a handled immersion blender before serving.
