Roughly chop the carrots to a size that will fit in the juicer chute. Add the carrots to the juicer first, followed with the lemon, ginger, and beet.

Pour into a chilled glass, stir and serve. Can be refrigerated in a shaker cup or Mason jar for up to 12 hours. Shake well or use a handheld immersion blender before serving.

CAUTION: Wear an apron, your grubbiest clothes or make the juice naked!!! Or be prepared for a little beet tie-dye, because the superpowered red pigment also stains
