Bruschetta – So Delicious

Heat a grill pan over high heat.

Place the bread slices on the pan and toast them well on both sides, turning them a couple of times.

Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes in a bowl.

Season the tomatoes with extra virgin olive oil, salt, finely chopped garlic and basil, and oregano.

Place the toasted bread slices on a plate and top with the tomato mixture. Serve and enjoy!

(I like to wait 5 minutes before eating the bruschetta so the tomatoes soak into the bread and make it even more flavorful.)
