Ingredients

  1. 200 gmutton
  2. 100 gSmall onion
  3. 3 piecesCoconut
  4. 6Dry red chilli
  5. 1 spoonCumin seeds
  6. 2 spoonJeera
  7. 2 spoonPepper seed
  8. 6-7 spoonsOil
  9. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Grind coconut,cumin,Jeera, pepper seeds, dry chilli until they become a smooth paste.

    Cut the small onions in a tiny size.

  3. 3

    Add some oil and pan and fry the onions until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Now add the mutton. Note : mutton should be finely chopped (Keema).

    Add the paste that we earlier did and cook well! Add salt to taste.

    Cook until it's 10% cooked.

    Add some water according to the liquidity of the gravy.if u want it some what spicy, add chilli powder to Ur tastes.

    Close the cooker and cook for 15-17 mins

    Now serve it hot with buri,idli, Chapati,parotta.
