In pan add oil, when it gets hotter,add mustard seeds and urad Dal... when it pops out,add chanaDal.

Now add dry red chilli, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves and cashew nuts.

Saute....Add grated mango. Add all powders.

Saute and Switch off the stove in 5 mins..

Mango mustn't be in heat for more than 5mins

Now add cooked rice and mix it well. Serve it hot.
