To make a batter in a large bowl add besan,ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, baking powder. add water as per required. Mix it well without lumps (Imp note : batter should not be too loose nor to thick)add water as per required. Rest 10 to 15 min.

Add oil in a khadai for deep frying

Take 2 cups of water in a bowl add a pinch of salt.put fried vada in bowl of water for 5min.

Add curd in a dish add little ginger garlic paste add 1cup water mix it well.then add that fried vada in a curd

Atlast give tadka to dahi vada heat oil add rai+zeera+curry leaves.
