Steps

Make the batter of gram flour with water and carom seeds. Grate the potatoes too.

Now mix grated potatoes in batter.

Add all spices and coriander. Mix well.

Now heat the pan and pour the mixture. Spread it.

Flap it and cook till golden brown. Cook all chila like this. Serve it with chutney or sauce.
