  1. 1 tinbutterbeans
  2. 1/2chopped onion
  3. 1 tspjeera seeds
  4. 1chopped tomato
  5. 1 tspdhanya and jeera powder
  6. 1/2 Tbskashmeri masala
  7. 1 Tbsmasala
  8. leavesFew curry
  9. stickCinnamon
  10. Bayleaf
  11. Salt
  12. 3potatoes cut in quarters
  13. Water
  14. 4 Tbsoil
  15. Dhanya for garnish
  16. 1 loafunsliced bread cut into 3(1/4's)

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry chopped onion with tsp jeera seeds till done. Add the chopped tomato, dhanya and jeera powder and cook through 5 mins. Add the masalas, cinnamon stick, curry leaves and bay leaf,potatoes, salt and half cup water. Cook till potatoes are almost done,add little more water, enough to make a gravy, add rinsed tin butterbeans and cook through on med heat for 15mins and turn on low heat for 10mins to thicken. Garnish with chopped dhanya.

    Take your 1/4s and make a hole in the center.Fill with curry and serve with a side of salads, pickles and cold drink 👌
