So i seasoned the meat and boiled until cooked

Then sieved the stock and added to a pot

I blended the egusi and fresh pepper with tomatoes and crayfish

Then poured into the meat stock and started boiling

When it had boiled for a while i added palm oil and cooked until the egusi is well cooked then i added the washed bitterleaf and the cooked meat

Taste for seasoning and added more then let boil a while and ready to enjoy with any swallow of choice
