1 bunchpurslane
2 cupsStrained yogurt (400 ml)
4 clovesgarlic
Olive oil
to tasteSalt

Wash and clean purslane, take of longer and hard stems of them

Drain them

Prepare yogurt with garlic and salt pour over purslane

Add pepper flakes and walnuts

I used to be a runner. One day middle of the run, I had my feet numb up to my knee. It was sciatica from a car accident years ago. Then because having problems with my Achilles, I started using a cane. Now I changed my diet completely... no more sugar or process foods. My recent recipes are vegetarian, I do not eat meat anymore!
