Take 1/2 kg Ghiya and Peel it and great with grated.

After great ghiya squeeze with two hands.In a big bowl add grated Ghiya, basen,salt,red chilli, dry Coriander powder,garam Masala, kasoori methi,ajwain 1 tsp oil and mix well.

On the flame and heat the oil in a kadhai. Take some dough and make small ball and fry in medium heat oil and keep aside.

Onions and tomatoes grind in grinder. Take a kadhai and heat the oil add cumin seeds and cracle.Then add onions and tomato paste and cook for 4 to 5 mint.Add all dry spices and kasoori methi and mix well again cook for 1 mint. Add water and kofta. Boil for 10 to 15 mint in simmer.

Garnish with Yummy kofta Curry is ready to serve.
