Steps

Wash and soak Chana Dal for atleast one hour.

Cut palak, Suva and Methi in small pieces and wash them well.

Take a cooker. Put some oil.

Add onions and saute for some time. We don't have to change the colour of onion.

Add green chillies and ginger.

Now add palak

To it add tomatoes

Now add Chana Dal

Now add Suva and Methi leaves

Add Salt and Haldi and little water.

Close the cooker and give 4 5 whistle.

After it's cool open the cooker. It will look as seen in pic

Now mash this with wooden whisk.

Your palak is ready to be served with chappati or rice.
