Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 1avocado
  2. 2 clovesgarlic
  3. Juice of 1/2 lemon
  4. 1small can chickpeas with tahini (about 7 oz / 200 grams)
  5. 3 tablespoonstahini
  6. Salt
  7. Black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and peel the avocado, then place it in a blender.

  2. 2

    Peel the garlic and add it to the blender.

  3. 3

    Add the can of chickpeas with tahini, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

  4. 4

    Blend everything together for 2 minutes until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
