Rinse the bulgur and drain well. Add the soaked rice, then cook as usual: add water, salt, and cumin. Add just enough water to cover. Once the water is absorbed, stir and turn off the heat.

Prepare the filling and let it cool.

Grind the cooked bulgur and rice mixture in a meat grinder until smooth. Add one egg and knead into a dough.

Stuff the dough with the filling, shape into balls or ovals, and fry in plenty of oil until golden. Enjoy the delicious taste!
