Steps

Blanch the potatoes chunks for a while

Rinse the potatoes if they are ready in a cold water

Let it cool for a while

Grate the potatoes into the bowl

Add butter and cream a little

Sprinkle nutmeg,salt and pepper

Heat up the pan and Sprinkle grated potatoes

Toss on top with melted butter,each side should be tossed with butter to enhance brown colour on both side of the surface

Garnish with a tomato and twig of scallops

With tomato sauce aside
